Tata Elxsi Limited (NSE: TATAELXSI | BSE: 500408) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Thiruvananthapuram, to accelerate innovation in healthcare and medical technology. The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at developing next-generation medical technologies by combining clinical expertise, biomedical research, and advanced engineering capabilities.
Collaboration to Drive Next-Generation Healthcare Solutions
SCTIMST, an Institution of National Importance under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, will work alongside Tata Elxsi to develop innovative healthcare solutions for both domestic and international markets.
The partnership will leverage SCTIMST’s strengths in cardiovascular sciences, neurosciences, biotechnology, and clinical sciences, together with Tata Elxsi’s expertise in product engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), digital technologies, and design. The collaboration will focus on several high-growth healthcare segments, including:

The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Sanjay Behari, Director of SCTIMST, and Manoj Raghavan, CEO & Managing Director of Tata Elxsi, along with senior representatives from both organizations.
