The company announced its Q1 FY27 results on August 11, 2026, along with several important corporate actions, including the proposed merger of Nueromind Technologies with AvenuesAI and the consolidation of equity shares.

The results indicate that AvenuesAI continues to maintain profitability while simultaneously investing in technology and new growth opportunities.
Three Key Priorities for FY27
The company has outlined three major strategic priorities for the current financial year:
- Unlock the value of Rediff.com
- Expand CCAvenue payments in the United States
- Build the AvenuesAI Transaction Intelligence Score (TISco)
These initiatives are aimed at transforming AvenuesAI from a payments-focused fintech company into a broader transaction infrastructure and AI platform.
1. Unlocking the Value of Rediff
AvenuesAI plans to make greater use of the consumer and enterprise ecosystem of Rediff.com, combining it with its payments, AI and digital commerce capabilities.
The company wants to move beyond Rediff’s traditional content and email businesses and develop a broader digital platform covering content, consumer payments and enterprise services.
The strategy is to connect Rediff’s existing users and businesses with AvenuesAI’s merchant payments and AI capabilities, potentially creating new products and monetisation opportunities.
CCAvenue Targets US Payments Expansion
The United States has been identified as a key market for AvenuesAI’s international payments expansion in FY27.
The company intends to use CCAvenue’s experience in digital transactions, enterprise payments and payment infrastructure to establish a scalable presence in the US.
The expansion will focus on international enterprise and digital commerce opportunities, supported by partnerships, infrastructure development and customer acquisition.
AvenuesAI Transaction Intelligence Score – TISco
One of the most interesting parts of the company’s new strategy is the proposed AvenuesAI Transaction Intelligence Score, or TISco.
The company plans to use permitted transaction, merchant and behavioural data along with artificial intelligence to develop a dynamic assessment of transaction quality, merchant reliability and business behaviour.
Unlike conventional scoring models, TISco is envisioned as an intelligence layer that can analyse transaction behaviour, payment patterns, settlement history and other permitted signals over time.
Potential applications include:
- Transaction risk assessment
- Fraud detection
- Merchant assessment
- Business intelligence
- Credit-related applications
- Financial-product distribution
The company believes its position within the payments ecosystem gives it access to relevant transaction and merchant signals that can be combined with AI capabilities.
If successfully developed and commercialised, TISco could become an important technology layer across AvenuesAI’s payments and financial ecosystem.
FY27 Revenue Guidance of ₹11,000–₹13,000 Crore
AvenuesAI expects continued growth during FY27, supported by its payments business, international expansion, Rediff monetisation and emerging AI opportunities.
The company has provided a consolidated revenue outlook of ₹110,000 million to ₹130,000 million, equivalent to ₹11,000 crore to ₹13,000 crore for FY27.
It has also indicated an FY27 EPS range of ₹8.75 to ₹9.50 per share, based on the proposed post-corporate-action face value of ₹10 per share.
Nueromind Merger to Strengthen AI Capabilities
AvenuesAI’s Board has approved the proposed merger of Nueromind Technologies Private Limited with AvenuesAI, subject to shareholder, regulatory, and other required approvals.
Nueromind was established to develop advanced AI capabilities, including:
- AI-enabled fraud detection
- Authentication
- Risk identification
- Next-generation AI
- AI reasoning technologies
The proposed merger is intended to bring Nueromind’s AI talent, intellectual property and technology development closer to AvenuesAI’s core operations.
The company expects this integration to accelerate the deployment and commercialisation of AI across payments, digital commerce and enterprise businesses.
Face Value to Increase from ₹1 to ₹10
The Board has also approved, subject to the necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals, the consolidation of 10 existing equity shares of ₹1 each into one equity share of ₹10 each.
The company said the move is intended to rationalise and simplify its capital structure.
Importantly, the proposed consolidation does not by itself change the underlying economic value of shareholders’ holdings or the company’s overall paid-up share capital.
Investment in RatnaFin Increased to ₹70 Crore
AvenuesAI has also revised its proposed investment in RatnaFin Capital Private Limited.
The Board increased the proposed investment limit from ₹66 crore to ₹70 crore for acquiring up to 2.50% of the post-issue capital of RatnaFin Capital.
The transaction is proposed to be completed in one or more tranches on or before March 31, 2027. The company stated that the promoters, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in the transaction.
The investment is part of AvenuesAI’s broader strategy to participate in lending distribution, credit intelligence and the wider financial-products ecosystem.
Other Key Business Developments
AvenuesAI also highlighted several developments during Q1 FY27.
UAE Payments Expansion
The Central Bank of the UAE granted In-Principle Approval to Avenues World’s application for a Retail Payment Services – Category III licence.
Prepaid Payment Infrastructure
The Reserve Bank of India authorised AvenuesAI’s GoWallet business to set up a payment system for issuing and operating Prepaid Payment Instruments under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
Online PSB Loans Investment
The company announced plans to acquire a secondary equity stake of up to 7% in Online PSB Loans (OPL), connecting AvenuesAI more closely with India’s digital lending infrastructure.
AI Leadership
The Indian AI Research Organisation appointed AvenuesAI Chairman and Managing Director Vishal Mehta as its Technical Advisor.
Rights Issue Proceeds: Focus on AI and Digital Ecosystem
AvenuesAI’s previous rights issue continues to support its expansion strategy.
The company had proposed a rights issue of ₹6,999.9 million. As of June 30, 2026, ₹6,959.8 million had been received, while ₹40.1 million remained to be received.
The proceeds are being allocated towards investments in subsidiaries, including Nueromind for advanced technology and AI software-related work, Rediff.com for expansion of its digital and payment ecosystem, future acquisitions and other corporate purposes.
Three-Year Capital Allocation Strategy
AvenuesAI says its strategy for FY27–FY29 is to protect the earnings power of its core business while using incremental cash generation to build new growth businesses.
The company plans to selectively reinvest in AI, transaction intelligence and other high-conviction opportunities, while maintaining an internal EPS guardrail for its reinvestment programme.
Its stated approach is essentially:
Grow the core business → generate incremental cash flows → selectively invest in AI → build new revenue streams → compound earnings.
The company has also said that investments will be assessed against commercial use cases, measurable milestones and a credible path to attractive returns.
Management Commentary
AvenuesAI Chairman and Managing Director Vishal Mehta said the company’s next phase would focus on turning the intelligence embedded in its transaction infrastructure into new products and sources of value. He highlighted TISco as a potential intelligence layer across risk, fraud, merchant intelligence and financial services.
CEO and Managing Director Vishwas Patel highlighted the company’s 109% revenue growth and 45% PAT growth and reiterated the three strategic priorities of unlocking Rediff’s value, expanding CCAvenue in the US and developing TISco.
What Investors Should Watch
AvenuesAI’s Q1 FY27 results show strong revenue and profit growth, but the bigger story is the company’s attempt to build multiple growth engines around its existing payments infrastructure.
Investors will be watching several factors during FY27:
- Execution of the US payments expansion
- Monetisation of the Rediff ecosystem
- Development and commercialisation of TISco
- Integration of Nueromind’s AI capabilities
- Growth in the payments business
- Progress in UAE and other international markets
- Deployment of rights issue proceeds
- Performance of investments in the lending and NBFC ecosystem
- Ability to maintain profitability while investing in new businesses
