Kirloskar Pneumatic Acquires Majority Stake in Systems and Components (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited (KPCL) has successfully acquired 55.26% equity shares of Systems and Components (India) Private Limited (S&C) on December 4, 2024. Following this acquisition, S&C is now a subsidiary of KPCL.
- The acquisition was executed under the Share Purchase and Shareholders’ Agreement (SPSHA).
- KPCL paid a total consideration of Rs. 15.50 Crores in one or more tranches.
- S&C, a private entity, is registered with Corporate Identity Number U74210MH1989PTC054107, and its office is situated at E-301, Eastern Business District, formerly Neptune Mall, L.B.S. Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai – 400078, Maharashtra, India.
- KPCL, a publicly traded company, has complied with disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, by notifying the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
This acquisition reflects KPCL’s commitment to expanding its portfolio and market reach.
