Mumbai: Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) has announced an equity investment of ₹123.89 crore in its associate company, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited (ABHI), through a rights issue. The capital infusion is aimed at strengthening the insurer’s solvency position and supporting its future business growth.
The transaction, which is expected to be completed on July 21, 2026, involves the subscription of equity shares on a rights basis for cash consideration.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, the fresh capital will primarily be utilized to help Aditya Birla Health Insurance meet its regulatory solvency margin requirements.
