Datamatics Global Services Completes ₹554.80 Crore Acquisition of TNQTech

Datamatics Global Services Limited has completed the acquisition of TNQ Tech Private Limited through its material wholly owned subsidiary, Lumina Datamatics Limited. Following the completion of the transaction, TNQTech has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumina Datamatics and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services Limited.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Datamatics’ inorganic growth strategy and strengthens its presence in technology-enabled publishing and content solutions.
