Mankind Pharma Completes Sale of Broadway Hospitality Services for ₹49 Crore

Mankind Pharma Limited has completed the divestment of its wholly owned subsidiary, Broadway Hospitality Services Private Limited, by executing a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the sale of its entire 100% equity stake. The transaction has been concluded for an all-cash consideration of ₹49 crore.

The development follows the company’s earlier disclosure dated July 11, 2026, regarding the proposed sale. With the execution of the SPA on July 27, 2026, Mankind Pharma has formally completed the transaction in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Transaction Highlights

  • Target Company: Broadway Hospitality Services Private Limited.
  • Stake Divested: 100% equity shareholding.
  • Transaction Value: ₹49 crore (cash consideration).
  • Share Purchase Agreement Executed: July 27, 2026.
  • Disclosure: Made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026.

Strategic Rationale

The divestment is in line with Mankind Pharma’s strategy of streamlining its business portfolio by exiting non-core operations. By monetizing investments in businesses outside its core pharmaceutical operations, the company aims to strengthen capital allocation and sharpen its focus on its primary businesses, including pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, and wellness products.

The transaction is expected to improve operational focus while allowing the company to deploy capital toward growth opportunities in its core healthcare and pharmaceutical segments.
