Mumbai, July 20, 2026: Auto components major Minda Corporation Limited (NSE: MINDACORP, BSE: 538962) has reinforced its commitment to India’s rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) industry by investing ₹25 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems Private Limited.
The capital infusion, completed through a rights issue on July 19, 2026, enables the company to retain its 100% ownership while providing fresh funds to support the subsidiary’s expansion plans in the electric mobility ecosystem.
