A qualified Cost and Management Accountant, his extensive expertise spans critical financial domains including Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury & Banking Operations, Taxation, Project Evaluation, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to this role, he excelled as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts), consistently strengthening GAIL’s financial systems and enhancing shareholder engagement.
His tenure has been marked by a commitment to value creation, driving initiatives in governance, compliance, and cost optimization. Notably, Shri Sinha was instrumental in pioneering digital transformation within GAIL’s finance division through SAP implementation and process automation. He has also contributed strategically through his roles on the Boards of GAIL Global Singapore Pte Limited and GAIL Mangalore Petrochemicals Limited. His professional accolades, including a 2nd Rank in Asia for IR Professional in the Extel Asia Survey 2026, underscore his leadership and financial acumen.
