Ramco Systems Limited, a leading enterprise software provider, has announced the successful deployment of its Payroll Managed Services, powered by the Ramco Payce Platform, for Beca, a leading Asia-Pacific engineering, design, and advisory consultancy.

The implementation modernizes Beca’s payroll operations across seven Asian countries—Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia—by replacing multiple legacy payroll systems with a single integrated platform.

Key Implementation Highlights

• End-to-End Payroll Management: Ramco will manage payroll processing, including gross and net salary calculations, retroactive payments, salary revisions, payslip generation, and statutory compliance.

The new payroll platform replaces multiple country-specific payroll systems with a standardized, cloud-based solution. The implementation is expected to improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance with local regulations, and provide a consistent payroll experience for employees across all seven countries.

The integration with Workday enables seamless data flow between HR and payroll systems, reducing manual intervention and improving data accuracy.
