Arfin India Wins ₹321 Crore Repeat Order from Diamond Power Infrastructure

Arfin India Limited informed the stock exchanges on December 29, 2025, about the receipt of a major new order, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing business growth. The announcement was officially made to both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in line with regulatory disclosure requirements.

Regulatory Disclosure Under SEBI Norms

The company shared this update under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which mandates listed companies to promptly disclose material business developments to ensure transparency for investors.

Order Details at a Glance

The order has been awarded by Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited, a domestic company. Under this contract, Arfin India will supply Aluminium Sector Conductors, a key component used in power transmission infrastructure.

  • Total Quantity: 11,000 metric tonnes

  • Order Value: Approximately ₹321 crore (excluding GST)

Execution Timeline

The supply will be carried out over a period of 11 months, starting from January 2026 and continuing until November 2026. On average, the company will deliver around 1,000 metric tonnes per month, translating to a monthly order value of roughly ₹29.20 crore.

A Strong Vote of Confidence from an Existing Client

Importantly, this is a repeat order from Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited. Earlier, Arfin India had successfully executed a smaller order of 1,000 MT for the same client at a similar monthly value. The new, larger contract reflects the customer’s confidence in Arfin India’s product quality, delivery capability, and reliability.

Management sees this order as a positive step in strengthening long-term customer relationships and expanding the company’s footprint in the power infrastructure segment.

No Related Party Concerns

Arfin India also clarified that the transaction does not involve any related party. Neither the company’s promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company, ensuring full compliance with governance and disclosure norms.
