AXISCADES Technologies Bags Defence Supply Order from BEL

In a major boost to India’s defence electronics ecosystem, AXISCADES Technologies Limited has announced a significant contract win through its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Private Limited. The company informed stock exchanges on January 19, 2026, that it has secured a prestigious supply order from Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a leading public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Defence.

What Does the Order Include?

The contract involves the supply of Signal and Data Processing Units, along with related spares. These components play a critical role in modern defence systems, supporting advanced communication, surveillance, and processing requirements. The order highlights Mistral Solutions’ strong technical expertise in delivering high-end, mission-critical electronic solutions.

Key Financial Details and Execution Timeline

The total value of the contract is estimated at ₹100 crore, based on the final purchase order and the terms approved in official meetings. This is a domestic defence project and is scheduled to be executed over a two-year period, offering long-term revenue visibility for the company.

Regulatory Compliance and Transparency

AXISCADES confirmed that the contract disclosure has been made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also clarified that the transaction does not involve any related parties, reinforcing transparency and good governance practices.

Strengthening India’s Defence Manufacturing Push

This partnership with Bharat Electronics Limited further strengthens AXISCADES’ position in the defence electronics space and aligns with India’s broader push toward indigenous defence manufacturing. The order marks another step forward for the company as it expands its role in supporting critical national defence programs.
