Hariom Pipe Industries Limited (HPIL) has achieved a major milestone by securing a Letter of Award (LoA) for a 60 MW (AC) solar power project under the “Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0”. This initiative is part of the broader effort to implement feeder-level solarization under Component C of the PM Kusum Scheme, promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Awarding Entity: Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).
Capacity: 60 MW (AC).

Financial & Tariff Structure

Fixed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Tariff: ₹2.96/kWh for 25 years.
Subsidy: ₹1.05 crore per MW.
Additional Incentive: ₹0.25/kWh for the first three years upon timely commissioning.

Scope of Work

The project encompasses ownership, financing, development, designing, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
It also includes the development of evacuation infrastructure up to the delivery point.

Execution Timeline

The project must be completed within 18 months from the date of the award.

Domestic Order: The project falls under the domestic renewable energy sector.
No Related Party Transactions: The agreement does not involve any related party transactions.
