Innovision Limited Secures INR 8.11 Crore NHAI Contract, Bolstering Infrastructure Presence

Innovision Limited is pleased to announce that it has been awarded two significant contracts by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll collection and facility maintenance services. These agreements, both secured through a competitive e-tendering process, reinforce the company’s position as a reliable partner for infrastructure management.

Project Details

The newly awarded contracts cover the following key locations:

  • Sirohi Bahali Fee Plaza: This contract involves acting as the user fee agency for the Sirohi Bahali Fee Plaza, covering segments of NH-148B and NH-148, along with the Narnaul bypass. The scope also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and the provision of necessary consumable items. This project is valued at ₹4,20,30,000 and is scheduled for a one-year execution period beginning August 19, 2026.

  • Ghamroj Fee Plaza: Innovision Limited will also serve as the user fee agency for the Ghamroj Fee Plaza on NH-248 in Haryana and Rajasthan. Similar to the other project, this contract includes the maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and the replenishment of consumable items. This project is valued at ₹8,11,80,000 with a one-year execution period starting August 12, 2026.

Both awards were officially granted on June 24, 2026, and received by the company on June 25, 2026. Innovision Limited has confirmed that these contracts do not involve any related party transactions, nor do the promoters or group companies have any interest in the NHAI.
