Innovision Limited Secures ₹97.53 Crore THAI Toll Collection Mandate in Rajasthan
Innovision Limited has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for operating the Biratiya Kalan Fee Plaza on the Bar-Bilara-Jodhpur section of NH-112 in Rajasthan. The contract further strengthens the company’s toll management portfolio and supports its asset-light expansion strategy in India’s highway infrastructure sector.
Key Highlights of the Contract
The contract was awarded through a competitive e-tender process under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.
- Contract Value: ₹97.53 crore (Gross Contract Value)
- Awarding Authority: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)
- Location: Biratiya Kalan Fee Plaza on the Bar-Bilara-Jodhpur section of NH-112, Rajasthan
- Contract Duration: One year
- Scope of Work: User fee collection, along with operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the toll plaza’s adjacent toilet facilities and consumables.
Expands Toll Management Business
The latest order marks another milestone in Innovision Limited’s growing toll management business and expands its operational presence in Rajasthan. The company continues to strengthen its portfolio by securing toll collection projects through transparent and competitive bidding processes rather than relying on a few large contracts.
Commenting on the development, Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal, Chairman & Managing Director of Innovision Limited, said the Biratiya Kalan project reinforces the company’s disciplined approach of steadily expanding its toll management operations while enhancing its credentials for future NHAI tenders.
Asset-Light Business Model Supports Growth
Innovision highlighted that its toll management business follows an asset-light operating model, where working capital is the primary investment requirement instead of heavy capital expenditure. This enables the company to scale its toll management portfolio efficiently without significant capital intensity.
The company also clarified that the ₹97.53 crore contract value represents the gross value of toll collections under the agreement. Toll collections are remitted to NHAI, while Innovision earns an agreed service fee or operational margin. Therefore, the contract value should not be interpreted as direct revenue for the company.
