Marine Electricals Wins ₹398.81 Crore Orders for Power Distribution Systems

Marine Electricals (India) Limited has announced that it has received new orders worth approximately ₹398.81 crore, excluding taxes, for the supply of Power Distribution Systems.

The company disclosed the order wins on August 31, 2026, in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The latest contracts are expected to strengthen Marine Electricals’ order book and provide revenue visibility over the coming months.

Marine Electricals clarified that none of the promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the above-mentioned work.

The company also stated that the orders do not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
