M/s. Niraj Cement Structurals Limited (JV) has secured a major work order from the Public Works Department (PWD), marking another important addition to the company’s infrastructure project portfolio.

Work Order Details

The contract, awarded by the Public Works Department, is a domestic infrastructure project with a total value of ₹130.83 crore, inclusive of GST. The scope of work involves the improvement, upgradation, and five-year performance-based maintenance of Road A21_3, covering the stretch from Hamren–Tumpreng–Hojai–Nilbagan–Howraghat–Karkok, extending from the Jamuna River district boundary to Karkok. The project spans a total road length of 26.803 kilometers.

Project Timeline and Execution

The execution period for the project is 36 months, during which Niraj Cement Structurals Limited (JV) will be responsible not only for construction and upgradation activities but also for ensuring long-term performance and maintenance standards over the specified period.

The company has also confirmed that the contract does not constitute a related party transaction, and that the promoter, promoter group, or group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, the Public Works Department.
