Pace Digitek Subsidiary Lineage Power Secures Strategic BESS Supply Deal with Bondada Renewable

Pace Digitek Limited has strengthened its presence in India’s fast-growing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) market through its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL). The company announced that LPPL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bondada Renewable Energy Private Limited to collaborate on supplying advanced energy storage solutions.

The strategic partnership was announced during India Energy Storage Week (IESW) 2026 in Bengaluru and marks LPPL’s third strategic collaboration signed during the event, highlighting the company’s growing focus on India’s expanding energy storage sector.

LPPL to Become Preferred BESS Supply Partner

Under the MoU, Lineage Power will serve as a preferred Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) supply partner for Bondada Renewable Energy, supporting the company’s future renewable energy projects with integrated storage solutions.

The collaboration will cover a broad portfolio of BESS products, including:

• DC Blocks
• Commercial & Industrial (C&I) BESS Cabinets
• Residential Battery Energy Storage Systems
• Power Conversion Systems (PCS)
• Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Battery Containers

The partnership is expected to leverage LPPL’s integrated manufacturing capabilities to deliver reliable and scalable energy storage solutions for renewable energy applications.

The agreement aligns with Pace Digitek’s strategy of expanding its product-led business by partnering with EPC companies, renewable energy developers, and system integrators across the country.
