Pace Digitek’s Arm Lands ₹99.7 Crore Order for LFP Battery Energy Storage Systems

Pace Digitek Limited, a Bangalore-based electronics and energy solutions firm, has announced a significant order win through its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited. The company disclosed that Lineage Power has secured a contract valued at ₹997.10 million (approximately ₹99.71 crore, including taxes) from Advait Greenergy Private Limited. This order involves the supply of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related equipment, highlighting Pace Digitek’s growing footprint in the renewable energy sector. The announcement, made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, comes amid India’s push for sustainable energy infrastructure.

Project Overview: Boosting Energy Storage Capabilities

The purchase order (PO Number: NBEEPO2635002), dated December 3, 2025, specifies the procurement of advanced LFP BESS technology, known for its safety, longevity, and efficiency in grid stabilization and renewable integration. Key highlights include:

  • Scope: Design, supply, and delivery of LFP BESS and associated equipment on a Delivered At Place (D.A.P.) basis.
  • Timeline: Initial delivery within 102 days from the effective date; full completion within 133 days. Specifically, the first 50% of BESS DC blocks by March 15, 2026, and the balance by April 15, 2026.
  • Nature: Domestic contract with no promoter interests or related party transactions.

This project aligns with the rising demand for energy storage solutions in India, supporting solar and wind power integration to achieve net-zero goals.
