Mumbai, September 26, 2025 — Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited (PARAS) has announced the receipt of a major international contract from Elbit Security Systems Limited, Israel, as per a filing with the stock exchanges today.
The disclosure was made in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Paras Defence clarified that the awarding entity is an international company and confirmed that the order is not a related party transaction, as neither promoters nor group companies hold any interest in Elbit Security Systems Limited.
