Sattva Engineering Construction Limited (NSE: SATTVAENGG) has announced its business update for the first quarter of FY27, highlighting strong project execution, effective working capital management, and continued expansion in the water and environmental infrastructure sector.

The company reported a healthy order book of ₹530 crore as of June 30, 2026, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming years. It also strengthened its presence in Karnataka with new project wins from the Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB).

Key Business Highlights (Q1 FY27)

  • Order Book: ₹530 crore as of June 30, 2026
  • Trade Receivable Collections: Recovered 88% of outstanding FY26 receivables by the end of the quarter
  • Major Order Wins: Two projects worth approximately ₹124 crore from BWSSB
  • Geographic Expansion: Increased presence in Karnataka beyond its core Tamil Nadu market
  • Technology Integration: Introduced Odour Control System (OCS) solutions in newly awarded sewage treatment plant (STP) projects
  • Business Diversification: Submitted three bids in the industrial buildings segment

Healthy Order Book Supports Growth

The company’s ₹530 crore order book provides strong visibility for future revenue and reflects continued demand for water supply, sewage treatment, and sanitation infrastructure projects.

Sattva Engineering continues to benefit from increased government spending on urban infrastructure and environmental projects across India.

Strong Working Capital Management

The company demonstrated disciplined financial management by collecting 88% of its outstanding FY26 trade receivables by June 30, 2026.

The improvement in cash collections is expected to strengthen liquidity and support future expansion through internal cash generation.

New BWSSB Orders Expand Karnataka Presence

During the quarter, Sattva Engineering secured two contracts worth around ₹124 crore from the Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB).

The projects expand the company’s execution footprint in Karnataka and strengthen its position in India’s growing water infrastructure sector.

The newly awarded sewage treatment plant projects will also incorporate advanced Odour Control System (OCS) technology to improve environmental performance.

Diversification into Industrial Buildings

As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company has entered the industrial infrastructure segment by submitting three tenders for industrial building projects, marking the beginning of its expansion beyond water infrastructure.
