SEPC Limited has announced a major new order that strengthens its presence in India’s mining and infrastructure space. On December 29, 2025, the company confirmed that it has received a significant domestic purchase order from MOIL Limited, a Government of India undertaking.
The project involves advanced engineering and construction work aimed at improving mining infrastructure at one of MOIL’s key sites in Maharashtra.

Project Scope and Location
SEPC Limited will undertake the designing, construction, furnishing, and equipping of the 3rd Vertical Shaft at the Chikla Mine, located in Maharashtra. Vertical shafts are critical to mining operations, as they enable safe and efficient access to deeper mineral reserves.
Turnkey Execution Model
The contract will be executed on a turnkey basis. This means SEPC Limited will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from initial design and civil construction to final installation and commissioning of equipment.
Contract Value
The total value of the order stands at ₹230 crore (Rupees Two Hundred and Thirty Crores Only), making it a substantial addition to SEPC Limited’s order book.
Project Timeline
The execution timeline for the project will be finalized mutually between SEPC Limited and MOIL Limited at a later stage.
Regulatory and Governance Disclosure
SEPC Limited has clarified that neither its promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in MOIL Limited. The transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction and has been disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
