Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited Has announced its appointment, through a subsidiary, as the developer for a landmark commercial-cum-retail redevelopment project in the prime micro-market of Jehu, Mumbai. The initiative involves transforming a prominent and well-established commercial shopping complex into a premium destination.
The proposed redevelopment carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,600 crore, significantly enhancing the company’s redevelopment portfolio in Mumbai’s high-value western suburbs.
Key Highlights of the Redevelopment Project
- Project Scope: Development of a premium commercial and retail property in Jehu, Mumbai.
- Carpet Area: Estimated total carpet area of approximately 3.46 lakh sq. ft.
- Estimated GDV: ₹1,600 crore.
- Timeline: Project execution is expected to commence in Q3 FY28 and is targeted for completion within 3 to 4 years from commencement.
