Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has announced the signing of a Letter of Award (LOA) for the execution of a 300MW/450MWp Ground Mount Solar Project, along with two years of operation and maintenance (O&M) services. The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing dated June 8, 2026.

According to the company, the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract has been awarded by Sunsational Power Private Limited (SPPL), a domestic entity. Under the agreement, Waaree Renewable Technologies will be responsible for developing the large-scale solar power project and providing O&M services for two years after commissioning.
