ADANIPORTS Q2 Results: Revenue rose by 6.00% year-over-year (YoY) to Rs. 7067 crore, while net profit rose by 36.00% YoY to Rs. 2413 crore.

Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone is in the business of development, operations and maintenance of port infrastructure (port services and related infrastructure development) and has linked multi product Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and related infrastructure contiguous to Port at Mundra.

Revenue

Revenue for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is Rs. 7067 crore which is Rs. 7560 crore less than the revenue in the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, it is higher than the revenue for the same quarter last year (Sep 2023) which was Rs. 6646 crore.

Net Profit

Net Profit for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is Rs. 2413 crore, which is Rs. 3107 crore less than the net profit in the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, compared to the same quarter last year, it is significantly higher than the net profit of Rs. 1762 crore for Sep 2023.

EPS

The EPS for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is 11, which is 14 less than the EPS for the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, compared to the same quarter last year, it is higher than the EPS of  8 for Sep 2023.

 

Other Income

Other income for the current quarter (Sep 2024) is Rs. 254 crore, which is Rs. 349 crore less than the other income for the previous quarter (Jun 2024). However, compared to the same quarter last year, it is lower than the other income of Rs. 351 crore for Sep 2023.
