Apollo Pipes Reports Q1 FY27 Results; Revenue Grows 7% Amid Margin Pressure

Apollo Pipes Limited has released its consolidated financial results and earnings presentation for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company reported steady revenue growth driven by its market presence and distribution network, although profitability was impacted by margin pressure during the quarter.

Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27)

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹295.4 crore, up 7% year-on-year (YoY), but down 15% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ).
  • Operating EBITDA: ₹3.0 crore, down 85% YoY.
  • EBITDA Margin: 1.0%, compared with 7.5% in Q1 FY26, a decline of 649 basis points (bps).
  • Net Profit/Loss: Reported a consolidated net loss of ₹8.6 crore, compared with a net profit of ₹8.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
  • Sales Volume: 24,477 metric tonnes (MT), down 3% YoY and 22% QoQ.
  • Cash Profit: ₹6.3 crore, down 69% YoY.

Margins Impacted Despite Revenue Growth

While the company achieved growth in revenue, profitability came under pressure due to lower operating margins during the quarter. The decline in EBITDA and net profit reflects the challenging operating environment despite stable demand across key end-user segments.

Balance Sheet Remains Stable

Apollo Pipes maintained a stable working capital position during the quarter.

  • Net Debt: ₹59 crore as of June 30, 2026, compared with a net cash position of ₹40 crore at the end of FY26.
  • Net Working Capital (NWC) Cycle: 44 days, broadly unchanged from 45 days at the end of FY26.

Strong Manufacturing Network

Apollo Pipes continues to be one of India’s leading manufacturers of PVC piping solutions.

The company operates:

  • Installed manufacturing capacity: 240,000 tonnes per annum
  • Manufacturing facilities: Seven plants across India
  • Product Portfolio: More than 3,000 SKUs
