Cyient Limited has released its investor presentation for the first quarter of FY27, highlighting a resilient operational performance, record order intake, continued margin discipline, and strategic investments in semiconductors and engineering services.   • Record order book with a 1.5x Book-to-Bill ratio, providing strong revenue visibility.
  • Double-digit EBITDA margins maintained for the fourth consecutive quarter.
  • Progress in integrating the Kinetic Technologies acquisition.
  • Launch of India’s first GaN (Gallium Nitride) Power IC family using Navitas technology.
  • Secured US$30 million strategic funding commitment to accelerate its semiconductor business.
  • Completed a ₹720 crore share buyback, extinguishing approximately 6.4 million equity shares.

Cyient also disclosed one-time acquisition-related expenses incurred during the quarter.

One of the biggest strategic developments during the quarter was Cyient’s continued expansion into semiconductor solutions.

The company launched India’s first GaN Power IC family based on Navitas technology, targeting high-growth applications including:

To support this fast-growing business, Cyient secured a US$30 million strategic financing commitment, strengthening its long-term semiconductor growth plans.
