Dynamic Cables Q1 FY27: Revenue Jumps 16% QoQ to ₹292.94 Cr, Net Profit at ₹13.16 Cr

Dynamic Cables Limited (NSE: DYNAMIC, BSE: 540795), a leading manufacturer of power cables, industrial cables, and house wires, has announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results, approved by the company’s Board of Directors on July 20, 2026, reflect healthy revenue growth while highlighting pressure on profitability during the quarter.

The Jaipur-based company continued to benefit from robust demand across infrastructure, power distribution, and industrial projects, resulting in a strong increase in revenue compared to the previous quarter.

Dynamic Cables Q1 FY27 Financial Highlights (Standalone)

Particulars Q1 FY27 Q4 FY26 QoQ Change
Revenue from Operations ₹292.94 crore ₹251.68 crore +16.36%
Total Income ₹292.94 crore ₹251.68 crore +16.36%
Profit Before Tax (PBT) ₹17.65 crore ₹20.84 crore -15.31%
Profit After Tax (PAT) ₹13.16 crore ₹16.14 crore -18.46%
Earnings Per Share (EPS) ₹3.09 ₹3.79 -18.47%

Revenue from operations increased to ₹292.94 crore, representing a 16.36% quarter-on-quarter growth, reflecting strong execution and healthy demand for the company’s product portfolio.

However, despite the robust top-line performance, profitability declined during the quarter. Profit before tax stood at ₹17.65 crore, while net profit fell to ₹13.16 crore from ₹16.14 crore in the previous quarter. Earnings per share also moderated to ₹3.09.

Revenue Growth Highlights Strong Market Demand

The strong rise in revenue indicates sustained demand for Dynamic Cables’ products across the power transmission, distribution, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. India’s continued investment in power infrastructure, renewable energy, urban development, and electrification projects remains a positive long-term driver for the cable industry.

The company continues to strengthen its position through a diversified product portfolio that includes:

  • Power cables
  • Control cables
  • Instrumentation cables
  • Industrial cables
  • House wires
  • Specialty cables

Profit Margins Face Pressure

While revenue expanded significantly, the decline in profitability suggests that the company faced higher operating costs during the quarter.

Possible factors affecting margins include:

  • Rising raw material prices, particularly copper and aluminium.
  • Increased manufacturing and logistics costs.
  • Changes in product mix.
  • Pricing pressure in competitive markets.

Investors are likely to watch upcoming quarters closely to assess whether these margin pressures are temporary or persist over the medium term.
