Globus Spirits Reports Strong Financial Performance in Q1 FY27

Globus Spirits Limited has released the transcript of its earnings conference call for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company reported strong growth across key operational and financial metrics, supported by higher capacity utilization, improved manufacturing margins, and continued momentum in its consumer business.

Key Financial Highlights

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹788.8 crore (INR 7,888 million), up 13% year-over-year (YoY).
  • EBITDA: Increased 33% YoY to ₹79.5 crore (INR 795 million).
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): Rose 49% YoY to ₹27.6 crore (INR 276 million).
  • Margins: EBITDA margin improved to 10%, while PAT margin expanded to 4%.

Manufacturing Segment Remains a Key Growth Driver

The manufacturing business continued to deliver strong operational performance and remained a major contributor to the company’s cash flows.

  • Segment Revenue: Increased 11% YoY to ₹472 crore (INR 4,720 million).
  • Sales Volume: Reached 56.11 million liters, with capacity utilization at 89%.
  • Manufacturing Profitability: EBITDA stood at ₹6.6 per liter.

The company’s Uttar Pradesh manufacturing facility continues to provide a strategic advantage, enabling it to efficiently meet rising demand across both the Regular & Others (R&O) and Prestige & Above (P&A) product categories.

Management Commentary

Speaking during the earnings call, Shikhar Swarup, Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said that Globus Spirits is continuing its transformation into a consumer-focused alcoholic beverages company backed by a strong manufacturing platform. He added that the company remains focused on generating healthy operating cash flows while expanding brand distribution and improving its product mix to drive long-term growth.
