  • EBITDA Margin: Improved to 44.77%, compared with 38.79% in FY26, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Long-Term Growth: As of FY26, Share India has achieved a 6-year Revenue CAGR of 37% and a Profit After Tax (PAT) CAGR of 41%, demonstrating consistent business expansion.

Broking & Trading Remains the Primary Growth Driver

Share India’s diversified business model continues to be led by its broking and trading operations, while its NBFC, merchant banking, technology, and insurance businesses provide additional revenue streams.

  • Broking & Trading: ₹426.6 crore, contributing 94.47% of total revenue.
  • NBFC Business: 3.23% of revenue, supported by an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹268.2 crore across 68 branches.
  • Merchant Banking: 1.11% of total revenue.
  • Technology Services: 0.82% of revenue.
  • Insurance Services: 0.37% of revenue.

Technology Platform Continues to Gain Traction

  • Margin Trading Facility (MTF) AUM: ₹465.5 crore
  • TradeAlgo Platform: 72,507 total subscriptions, including 6,543 paid subscription plans
