During its Q1 FY27 earnings conference call, the company expressed confidence that FY27 will be a “breakout year,” supported by a strong order book, improving deal conversions, and a healthy project pipeline.
Q1 FY27 Financial Highlights
The engineering and product development digital services company delivered robust financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
- Total Revenue: US$175.4 million, up 25.2% YoY and 4.3% QoQ in constant currency.
- Services Revenue: US$136.6 million, registering 24.4% YoY and 4.3% QoQ growth, contributing nearly 78% of total revenue.
- Technology Solutions Revenue: US$38.8 million, increasing 27.9% YoY and 4.2% QoQ in constant currency.
- Operating EBITDA: Approximately US$28 million.
- EBITDA Margin: 16.1%, improving by 10 basis points sequentially.
The performance reflects continued demand across the company’s engineering services and technology solutions businesses, supported by investments in next-generation automotive and industrial technologies.

Speaking during the earnings call, Warren Harris, CEO and Managing Director, said FY26 was a year focused on investments and transformation, while FY27 is expected to deliver stronger growth.
According to Harris, the company’s optimism is driven by:
