Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited Reports Record Q1 FY27 Results; PAT Crosses ₹20 Crore

Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited has released the transcript of its Q1 FY27 earnings conference call, highlighting its strongest-ever quarterly performance. The company attributed the record profitability to improved operational efficiencies, disciplined cost management, and a growing contribution from high-margin value-added products.

Alongside robust financial performance, Tinna reaffirmed its commitment to expanding production capacity and strengthening its sustainability initiatives under its long-term Vision ’29 strategy.

Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27)

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): Exceeded ₹20 crore, with PAT margins above 13% on both standalone and consolidated bases.
  • EBITDA: Crossed ₹30 crore, delivering EBITDA margins of over 21% during the quarter.
  • Capital Expenditure: Invested ₹27 crore in Q1 FY27 as part of a planned ₹100 crore capex programme to be executed across FY27 and FY28.

Capacity Expansion Under Vision ’29’

As part of its long-term growth strategy, Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure is expanding its processing infrastructure across India.

The company currently operates a tyre crushing capacity of 185,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) and plans to increase this to 235,000 TPA by the end of FY27, representing a 27% capacity expansion. The additional capacity is expected to strengthen the company’s leadership position in the recycled rubber and sustainable materials industry while supporting growing customer demand.

Focus on Sustainability and ESG

Tinna also reported significant progress on its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives during the quarter.

Key sustainability achievements include:

  • 51% of total power consumption was met through renewable energy sources during Q1 FY27.
  • The company expanded its renewable energy capacity by more than three times compared with previous levels.
  • An independently verified Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for FY26 confirmed a reduction of more than 10.37 million kilograms of CO₂ emissions across its integrated manufacturing facilities.

These initiatives reinforce Tinna’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing and reducing its environmental footprint.
