- Segment Profit: ₹3.16 crore

During the quarter, Urban Company completed the closure of its step-down subsidiary Urban Company Arabia for Information Technology in Saudi Arabia. As a result, the company recognized an exceptional item of ₹5.27 crore related to the reclassification of accumulated foreign currency translation reserves.
The company also allotted more than 1.03 crore equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP 2015) following the exercise of employee stock options.
