Zydus Wellness Q1 FY27 Results: Revenue Jumps 67%, Comfort Click Acquisition Boosts Growth(Investor Presentation)

Zydus Wellness Limited has reported a strong start to FY27, driven by robust domestic brand performance, international expansion, and the successful integration of its recently acquired Comfort Click business. The company recorded healthy revenue growth, expanded gross margins, and continued investing in innovation across nutrition, health, skincare, and wellness categories.

Q1 FY27 Financial Highlights

Zydus Wellness posted an impressive financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Key Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹14,370 million, up 66.9% YoY
  • Net Sales: ₹14,299 million, up 66.7% YoY
  • Gross Contribution: ₹9,436 million, nearly doubled with 99.5% growth
  • Gross Margin: Improved to 65.5% from 54.8% last year
  • EBITDA: ₹2,417 million, up 55.3%

  • Adjusted Net Profit: ₹1,679 million, rising 26.5% YoY
  • Adjusted EPS: Increased to ₹5.28 from ₹4.17

The reported PAT declined by 7% primarily due to higher amortization expenses related to acquired brands and finance costs associated with the Comfort Click acquisition, despite strong operating performance.

Comfort Click Acquisition Driving Growth

One of the biggest contributors to the quarter was the integration of Comfort Click, which significantly strengthened Zydus Wellness’ international business.

The acquisition contributed to:

  • Strong double-digit international revenue growth
  • Higher gross margins
  • EPS accretion
  • Expansion into premium wellness and nutrition categories
  • Increased presence across Europe, the UK, and global e-commerce platforms.
