Shiva Texyarn Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about receiving a significant order from the Indian Airforce to supply 21,333 pieces of NBC HAVERSACK MK-II. The order is valued at ₹9.06 Crores, inclusive of duties and taxes. This domestic order will be fulfilled between January 18, 2025, and January 18, 2026. The company has clarified that its promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the Indian Airforce, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
TD Power Systems Limited: Order from NPCIL
TD Power Systems Limited (TDPS) has notified the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about a ₹57 Crore order (inclusive of ₹9 Crore GST) from the Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL). The order involves supplying custom-designed low-speed induction motors to replace high-speed imported motors with reduction gearboxes. The motors will be delivered, erected, and commissioned at NPCIL’s Kudankulam plant during the 2025-26 and 2026-27 fiscal years. TDPS confirmed that its promoters/promoter group/group companies have no interest in NPCIL, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
