  • Profit After Tax (PAT): The company achieved a 17.35% year-over-year (YoY) growth in PAT, reaching ₹3,756.59 million in Q2 FY25, compared to ₹3,201.21 million in Q2 FY24.
  • EBITDA Growth: EBITDA rose by 14.01% YoY to ₹6,139.37 million in Q2 FY25, up from ₹5,385.09 million in Q2 FY24.
  • EBITDA Margin: The EBITDA margin improved to 16.76%, reflecting enhanced profitability.

Operational and Strategic Highlights:

  • Production: Waaree Energies achieved a production of 3.3 GW in H1 FY25, showcasing strong operations despite a slight decline compared to 4.8 GW for the full FY24.
  • Order Book: As of September 30, 2024, the company’s order book stands at approximately 20 GW, reflecting high customer confidence and strong growth potential.
  • Renewable Power Investment: The Board has approved a ₹6,000 million investment to establish and develop renewable power infrastructure, underlining Waaree’s commitment to expanding its presence in the renewable energy sector.
