The strategic acquisition marks another important milestone in Sigma’s global expansion strategy and significantly strengthens its position in the international aerospace and defence manufacturing supply chain.

Bromford Precision Solutions specializes in manufacturing high-precision aeroengine rings and structural components for leading global aerospace and power generation companies, including Rolls-Royce and Siemens.
The acquisition complements Sigma Advanced Systems’ existing manufacturing capabilities and enhances the operations of its UK subsidiary, Nasmyth Group, creating a broader precision engineering platform capable of serving global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
