Vedant Fashions Reports Steady Q1 FY27 Growth; Revenue Rises 7.2%, Strengthens AI and Brand Initiatives

Vedant Fashions Limited, India’s leading wedding and celebration wear company and the owner of renowned brands such as Manyavar and Mohey, has released the transcript of its Q1 FY27 earnings conference call held on July 27, 2026. The company delivered steady growth during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, supported by healthy consumer demand, improved retail execution, and continued investments in technology and brand building.

Q1 FY27 Financial Highlights

Vedant Fashions reported consistent growth across its key financial and operational metrics during the first quarter of FY27.

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹301.4 crore (₹3,014 million), up 7.2% year-on-year (YoY).
  • Total Retail Sales: ₹419.5 crore (₹4,195 million), representing 3.4% YoY growth in customer sales.
  • Domestic Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG): 3.8% YoY, reflecting healthy demand across existing retail outlets.

The performance highlights the company’s continued ability to attract customers despite a competitive retail environment.

AI-Led Transformation and Technology Investments

During the quarter, the company unveiled several strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation.

One of the key developments was the launch of VFL Brahma, an internal artificial intelligence platform that integrates enterprise-wide data with a centralized AI engine. The platform is designed to improve decision-making, enhance productivity, and support faster execution across business functions.

Management believes AI will become an increasingly important driver of operational excellence and customer experience in the coming years.

Strong Brand Engagement Through Marketing Campaigns

Vedant Fashions continued to invest aggressively in brand visibility during the quarter.

The flagship “Made For Each Other” campaign featuring brand ambassadors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda surpassed 1 billion views, significantly strengthening consumer engagement for the Manyavar and Mohey brands across digital platforms.

The company also expanded promotional activities for its premium and emerging brands:

  • Twamev advanced its “Truly You” campaign through targeted celebrity engagements.
  • Diwas increased its marketplace presence with focused seasonal campaigns during the summer and monsoon shopping period.

These initiatives are expected to further enhance brand recall and customer acquisition ahead of the festive season.

Operational Focus Remains Strong

Management attributed the company’s resilient performance to several operational improvements, including:

  • Enhanced in-store customer experience and service quality.
  • Continuous retail staff training and capability building.
  • Analytics-driven merchandising and assortment planning.
  • Faster inventory replenishment and supply chain optimization.
  • Ongoing investments in omnichannel retail capabilities.

These initiatives continue to support profitability while improving customer satisfaction across the company’s retail network.
