RACL Geartech Q1 FY27: Consolidated Revenue Rises 22% to ₹132.60 Crore

RACL Geartech Limited has highlighted strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY 2026-27, with consolidated revenue rising to ₹132.60 crore from ₹108.70 crore in Q1 FY25-26. The company presented its Q1 FY27 financial and business updates ahead of its investor conference call held on August 25, 2026.

RACL Geartech is an automotive and industrial engineering company specialising in transmission gears and shafts, precision-machined components, chassis parts, sub-assemblies and industrial gears. Its products serve two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, ATVs, agricultural equipment and industrial applications.

RACL Geartech Q1 FY27 Consolidated Revenue Grows 22%

The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹132.60 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹108.70 crore in Q1 FY25-26, representing growth of approximately 22% year-on-year.

Operating revenue increased from ₹100.65 crore to ₹132.35 crore, according to the investor presentation, representing a growth of 31.50%.

Consolidated EBITDA increased to ₹32.19 crore from ₹27.29 crore in the corresponding period. The EBITDA margin stood at approximately 24.28%, compared with 25.11% in the year-ago period.

Profit before tax (PBT) increased significantly to ₹16.82 crore, compared with ₹11.26 crore in Q1 FY25-26. The presentation indicates PBT growth of approximately 49.32% year-on-year.

Standalone Revenue Rises to ₹127.82 Crore

On a standalone basis, RACL Geartech reported revenue of ₹127.82 crore in Q1 FY27 compared with ₹107.96 crore in Q1 FY25-26.

The company’s operating revenue increased from ₹99.91 crore to ₹127.63 crore, representing growth of approximately 27.74%.

Standalone EBITDA stood at ₹32.00 crore, compared with ₹27.23 crore in the year-ago quarter. The EBITDA margin was around 25.04%, compared with 25.22% previously.

Standalone PBT rose to ₹16.66 crore from ₹11.25 crore, representing growth of approximately 48.11%.

Exports Remain a Major Revenue Driver

RACL Geartech’s business continues to have a significant international exposure. During Q1 FY27, exports contributed approximately 66% of sales, while domestic business accounted for around 34%.

Europe was the company’s largest regional market, contributing approximately 59% of sales. India and Asia Pacific accounted for 36%, while North America contributed 5%.

The export-heavy revenue profile gives RACL Geartech exposure to global automotive and industrial demand while also making the company sensitive to international market conditions, currency movements and global economic trends.
