On December 3, 2024, Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) announced an equity investment of ₹300,00,00,041 (Rupees Three Hundred Crore and Forty-One Only) in its wholly owned subsidiary, Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL). The investment, made on a rights basis, does not alter ABCL’s percentage shareholding in ABHFL.
