Ashoka Buildcon Limited (ABL) has completed a major strategic move by acquiring full ownership of its subsidiary, Ashoka Concessions Limited (ACL). With this deal, the company has bought out its former financial partners, giving ABL complete control over ACL’s operations.

ACL reported a total income of ₹151.16 crore and a net worth of ₹990.70 crore in FY 2025.
The acquisition is a regular commercial transaction (not a related-party deal) and has been approved by NHAI.
