Mayasheel Ventures Limited (MVL) has announced the receipt of a significant domestic work order in the Border Infrastructure segment from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), ICBPZ, Leh. Awarded through an open tender process following detailed technical and financial evaluation, this project marks an important milestone in MVL’s expansion into large-scale EPC civil infrastructure projects.

The project is located in the Jammu sector along the Indo–Pakistan International Border, covering the districts of Jammu, Samba, and Kathua. It involves infrastructure development across a 179-kilometre stretch of the border, extending from BOP Chinaz to BOP Karotna Khurd.
This project forms part of Package-II of the border infrastructure development initiative and plays a critical role in strengthening security and operational readiness along sensitive border areas.
Scope of Work
Under the EPC contract, Mayasheel Ventures will execute a comprehensive range of civil and infrastructure works, including:
Construction of a 135-foot earthen bundh along with a protective ditch
Development of metalled roads and lateral access roads
Construction of Naka-cum-Machan fighting bunkers along existing border fencing
Installation of essential utilities such as water supply systems, sanitary installations, and internal electrical works
The integrated nature of the scope highlights the complexity and scale of the project.
Contract Value and Execution Timeline
The total consideration for the project stands at ₹14,367.23 lakh. The company is required to complete the entire scope of work within a 27-month execution period.
The project will be executed under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode, making MVL responsible for end-to-end delivery—from design and procurement to construction and commissioning.
