AVATAR Industries Limited (formerly ASL Industries Limited) has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, AVATAR AI Minilab Private Limited, as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem.

The newly incorporated subsidiary will focus on providing AI-driven enterprise solutions, workforce upskilling, managed AI services, and Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) offerings to corporate clients.
