The event, graced by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Japan’s Prime Minister H.E. Ms. Sanae Takaichi, marks a significant milestone for the automotive leader and India’s economy.
The 800-acre plant represents a strategic leap. Starting at 0.5 million units, Kharkhoda will swiftly expand to 1 million units annually. This growth, backed by a projected total investment of INR 35,000 crore, is critical for MSIL’s 4 million-unit annual production ambition, reinforcing its market leadership and embodying the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
