Urban Company and Unicommerce Expand Partnership to UAE and Saudi Arabia

New Delhi, August 20, 2026: Unicommerce eSolutions Limited has announced the expansion of its partnership with Urban Company into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, as the home services platform strengthens its presence across the Middle East.

Under the expanded partnership, Urban Company’s Middle East business will use Unicommerce’s Uniware platform to manage inventory and fulfilment operations supporting its at-home service ecosystem in the region.

Uniware to Power Urban Company’s Middle East Operations

As Urban Company expands across the Middle East, Uniware will serve as a central technology platform for managing inventory and fulfilment activities.

The platform will provide real-time inventory visibility and help intelligently route orders for service kits, products and consumables. This is expected to support reliable deliveries to Urban Company’s service professionals operating across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Urban Company’s services, ranging from beauty and wellness to home cleaning and appliance maintenance, require a coordinated supply chain involving products, tools and consumables.

Uniware will help Urban Company improve stock accuracy, facilitate faster replenishment and coordinate fulfilment across multiple locations.

Partnership Builds on Successful India Relationship

The latest expansion builds on the existing relationship between Urban Company and Unicommerce in India.

Urban Company already uses Unicommerce’s technology for managing its e-commerce operations in the Indian market. Extending the partnership to Saudi Arabia and the UAE will allow the companies to create a more integrated operational infrastructure as Urban Company scales its Middle East business.

The partnership is particularly relevant as digital commerce and technology-enabled home services continue to develop across the region.

Unicommerce Strengthens Middle East Presence

The expanded Urban Company partnership marks another step in Unicommerce’s growing presence in the Middle East.

The company has developed an ecosystem through integrations with regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms.

Unicommerce also provides regionalised capabilities designed for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. These include Arabic-compatible invoice and shipping label generation, region-specific tax compliance capabilities and integrations with local ecosystem partners.

These capabilities can help businesses manage operational and regulatory requirements when expanding into Middle Eastern markets.

Management Commentary

Kapil Makhija, Managing Director and CEO of Unicommerce, said that businesses expanding into new markets require technology platforms capable of scaling while reducing operational complexity.

Uniware is expected to help simplify operations and establish a scalable fulfilment backbone for Urban Company’s growing Middle East business.
