Honasa Consumer Ignites “Inside-Out” Beauty with Majority Fluence Pharma Acquisition, Targets Booming Nutraceuticals

Honasa Consumer Limited, the powerhouse behind India’s leading beauty and personal care brands, is making a bold strategic move into the burgeoning nutraceuticals sector. The company announced today its acquisition of a 58% majority stake in Fluence Pharma, a science-backed nutraceuticals firm renowned for its patented Cyclical Nutrition Therapy (CNT) and robust dermatologist-led distribution network.

This landmark acquisition, announced on June 23, 2026, marks Honasa’s decisive entry into the high-growth “beauty-from-inside” space, reinforcing its commitment to holistic, science-backed solutions.
