Tanla Merges Gamooga with Karix | April 2025 Update

Tanla Platforms Limited has announced the approval of a Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of its step-down subsidiary, Gamooga Softtech Private Limited, with its wholly owned subsidiary, Karix Mobile Private Limited. The Boards of Directors of both Karix and Gamooga approved the merger on April 24, 2025.
