Following completion of these filings, the merger of M3BI LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. is scheduled to become effective from September 1, 2026. Zensar received the intimation regarding this development on August 14, 2026.

Bridgeview Life Sciences Merger

The company had previously disclosed that the requisite filings for the merger of Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. had been completed on July 31, 2026.
