Aarvi Encon Wins ₹174.73 Crore Work Orders From CEIL for Technical Manpower Services

Aarvi Encon Limited (NSE: AARVI) has secured four work orders worth a combined ₹174.73 crore, excluding applicable taxes, from Certification Engineers International Limited (CEIL) for manpower and technical staffing services.

The orders were received on August 27, 2026, and will be executed over a period of three years, from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029.

₹174.73 Crore Order Across Four Contracts

The four contracts cover manpower requirements across onshore, offshore, engineering and office-support activities.

The largest order is worth ₹92.43 crore and involves hiring human resources for onshore jobs in India and abroad.

The second order, valued at ₹42.04 crore, covers human resources for offshore projects in India and abroad.

A third contract worth ₹34.07 crore is for technical manpower with design engineering experience in India and overseas markets.

The fourth order, valued at ₹6.19 crore, covers technical and non-technical personnel for office support in India.

Together, the four orders total approximately ₹174.73 crore, excluding taxes.

Three-Year Revenue Visibility

The long execution period makes the order significant for Aarvi Encon because it provides visibility for manpower-services revenue through August 2029.

Unlike a one-time project order, these contracts involve ongoing manpower deployment, potentially providing a more predictable revenue stream during the contract period.

The order also expands Aarvi Encon’s exposure to both onshore and offshore energy and infrastructure activities, along with technical engineering services.

CEIL Is a Government-Owned Entity

The orders have been awarded by Certification Engineers International Limited (CEIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Engineers India Limited (EIL) and a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.

CEIL provides inspection, certification, safety auditing and engineering-related services for critical infrastructure, including offshore oil and gas facilities, pipelines, refineries and other industrial projects.

This relationship gives Aarvi Encon an opportunity to strengthen its presence in projects linked to the energy and infrastructure ecosystem.

No Promoter Interest or Related-Party Transaction

Aarvi Encon stated that the promoter/promoter group and group companies have no interest in CEIL.

The company also confirmed that the contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.

Points to consider

The ₹174.73 crore order win is a meaningful development for Aarvi Encon, particularly because of the three-year execution period.

The contracts strengthen the company’s technical manpower business and provide revenue visibility across onshore, offshore and engineering-related requirements.

For investors, the key factors to monitor will be the pace of manpower deployment, execution of the contracts and the contribution of these orders to Aarvi Encon’s revenue and profitability over the next three years.

Overall, the order is a positive business-development announcement, with the potential to strengthen Aarvi Encon’s order pipeline and presence across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
