Ausom Enterprise Limited Wins Solar Power Project from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL)
Ausom Enterprise Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for procuring power through a competitive bidding process. To manage this project, Ausom will create a wholly-owned subsidiary in the form of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which will be registered under a name like “Ausom Power Private Limited” or “Ausom Energy Private Limited,” pending approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The SPV will be incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
