Vivid Electromech Secures Orders Worth ₹52.81 Crore for Solar, Switchgear and Wastewater Projects
Vivid Electromech Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent and purchase orders aggregating approximately ₹52.81 crore, excluding taxes, marking a significant addition to its order pipeline. The orders have been secured from Cosmic PV Power Limited, Bondada Engineering Limited and DRN Infrastructure Private Limited and cover projects across solar cell manufacturing, solar parks and wastewater management.
₹52.81 Crore Order Win Strengthens Vivid Electromech’s Order Pipeline
The company said the new business includes multiple supply contracts involving LT and HT panels, 33kV outdoor metal-clad switchgear panels and a range of electrical panels for wastewater management systems. All three orders are from domestic entities, and the company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entities awarding the contracts.
Order from Cosmic PV Power for Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant
Vivid Electromech has received a Letter of Award from Cosmic PV Power Limited for the supply of LT Panels and HT Panels for its upcoming solar cell manufacturing plant. The order is expected to be executed within a period of four to nine months from the date of issuance of the Letter of Award.
The order provides Vivid Electromech with an opportunity to participate in the growing solar manufacturing ecosystem, particularly as investments in domestic solar cell and module manufacturing continue to expand.
Bondada Engineering Order for Solar Park
The company has also received an order confirmation from Bondada Engineering Limited for the supply of 33kV Outdoor Metal-Clad Switchgear Panels, including 2In/1Out and 3In/1Out configurations, along with 33kV Outdoor Metal-Clad Switchgear ICOG Panels.
These products will be supplied for a solar park project, with the order scheduled to be executed within approximately four months. The contract further strengthens Vivid Electromech’s exposure to the renewable-energy infrastructure segment.
DRN Infrastructure Places Order for 183 Electrical Panels
The third order has been received from DRN Infrastructure Private Limited for the supply of 183 electrical panels for a wastewater management system.
The order covers a wide range of equipment, including LT, HT, VFD, AHF, APFC, NGGR and LPBS panels. The company is required to complete the supply within 10 to 12 weeks from the manufacturing clearance of all 183 panels.
The order gives Vivid Electromech exposure to the wastewater management infrastructure segment while adding another diversified source of revenue to its project pipeline.

What the Orders Mean for Vivid Electromech
The combined order value of approximately ₹52.81 crore excluding taxes is an important addition to Vivid Electromech’s business pipeline. The diversification across solar manufacturing, renewable-energy infrastructure and wastewater management also reduces dependence on a single end-market.
The solar-related orders are particularly notable as India’s renewable-energy ecosystem continues to require supporting electrical infrastructure, switchgear and power distribution equipment. Meanwhile, the wastewater management order highlights opportunities arising from infrastructure and water-treatment projects.
Execution Will Be the Key Monitorable
With execution timelines ranging from around 10–12 weeks to nine months, the company’s ability to manufacture and deliver the contracted equipment on schedule will be an important factor for investors to monitor. Successful execution could support revenue visibility and strengthen the company’s track record for securing larger projects in the future.
No Related-Party Transaction
According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the orders are not related-party transactions. Vivid Electromech also stated that the promoter/promoter group or group companies have no interest in the entities awarding these contracts.
Vivid Electromech’s latest order wins of approximately ₹52.81 crore add visibility to its order pipeline and provide exposure to three growing infrastructure themes—solar manufacturing, renewable-energy projects and wastewater management. Investors will now focus on order execution, revenue recognition, margins and the company’s ability to convert these wins into further orders.
